How to Use

Liniment or Body Mist Blend
Add up to 10 drops of essential oil to Bliss Essential Witch Hazel (Alcohol Free), Rose Hydrosol, or Rubbing Alcohol. Shake well before use.

Creams and Moisturisers
Add up to 10 drops of essential oil to 30ml of our Bliss Essential Natural Cream Base (Unfragranced) and mix thoroughly.

Infused Body or Massage Oil
Add 10 drops of essential oil to one of our carrier oils such as Safflower Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, or Grapeseed Oil and combine well.
